Leasing & Application

Berkshire Lakeway has one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartment floor plans. All include an array of modern finishes, elegant granite countertops, luxury flooring, and custom cabinetry.

Applicants must have a gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the base rent, either individually or combined.
Yes, guarantors are accepted. They must earn at least 4x the monthly rent and meet qualification criteria.
There is no set minimum credit score. Applications are evaluated based on income, credit history, and background screening.
We recommend applying as soon as possible to secure your preferred home and move-in date.
You can apply online through the community website and select your desired apartment and move-in date.
Move-in costs include rent and a security deposit based on your lease agreement. The leasing team will provide exact totals.

Renewals & Lease Changes

Renewal offers are sent about 75 days before lease expiration and include multiple term options.
Yes, residents may continue on a month-to-month basis after their initial lease ends at a different rate.
Early termination requires a 30-day written notice and a lease termination fee, along with repayment of any concessions.
Residents must submit a written 60-day notice to vacate.
